The Fwonkbeta delivers the same experience, offering an extended filter range that sounds great with both guitar and bass.
Three knobs sit atop the Fwonkbeta: Stroke, Fwonk and Juice, basically acting as sensitivity, intensity and frequency range controls, respectively. The Fwonk control is the pedal’s secret sauce, offering up a gigantic, speaker rattling range if need be, or a more timid thud when set low.
This pedal can get low and deliver old-school funk tone in spades, and it may be the most powerful envelope filter on the market.
